First time visiting was alright enough (see review on the next page), I was just happy that a restaurant of this sort exists! Second time was horrible. It was a bon voyage dinner with my friend and I and we sat at the bar. Our bartender was our server and he was admittedly hung over. He would make our drinks incorrectly and I refused to pay for a drink which I saw him make incorrectly! My friend ordered a mudslide and he said “I don’t know how to make a mudslide” and he made some chocolate smoothie and plopped it down in front of her, the drink oozing over the glass and spilling all over the counter top. We were asking him for recommendations and instead of waiting for us to order, he ordered for us! So we had ordered some food and this flat bread came out that we hadn’t ordered. We explained we hadn’t ordered it, but at this point he was done because he had been drinking all of the remnants of the drinks he had been making for others. When the food came out we *did* order, it got cold because we couldn’t eat through our current food fast enough! The slider was trying, but it was all soggy and disgusting. I refused to eat the lobster dish that I ordered with a chocolate sauce, it was entirely burnt. Even though I didn’t eat it, the bartender refused to clear the plate and I was appalled when it showed up on the check at the end of the night! If we’re dropping around $100 per person, I expect you not to charge me for a dish that I repeatedly told you point blank was horrible and that I could not eat.
The drinks were alright, so go just for the coffee/chocolate themed drinks. Do not spend money here for food.
