NYE Cocktail Tasting Menu: Ume Sour Recipe

This is based off a drink we had at Repeal Day 2014, an Ume Sour by Kimpton San Francisco.

Ingredients

• 1½ ounces gin
• ¾ ounce simple syrup
• ¾ ounce grapefuit juice
• ½ ounce lemon juice
• ½ ounce plum wine
• 1 egg white
• 3 shiso leaf muddled

Instructions

1. Muddle the syrup and leaves together.
2. Add all remaining ingredients and shake until frothy. Strain into martini glass.
