Vista Blend Herbal Tea
Description
The apricot + lavender “Vista Blend” is inspired by one of our favorite things about nature — the views. This tea reminds us that we can have a beautiful view wherever we are, if only we slow down to appreciate it.
We use a base of earthy honeybush tea, paired perfectly with Oregon lavender and apricot essence. The fruit and floral pair to create a calming influence. It’s just delightful — and especially refreshing on ice.

Tasting Notes
I steeped 1 teaspoon in 16 ounces of boiling water for 4 minutes and also tried this as a cold brew with 5 teaspoons for 4 cups water. The dry leaf has a very strong smell that is concentrated, fruity, tropical, and full of hibiscus. Once brewed, the sweet and sour fruit mellows and balances with the lavender creating a vanilla-esque scent. It actually reminded me of a natural version of orange creamsicles.
The taste is not too sweet and tastes like honey and cinnamon. There are no strong flavors in the sip itself so it is relaxing and calming (read: not energizing). Despite the strong smell, it wasn’t sweet at all; 1 teaspoon for 16 ounces is a bit too weak for my tastes.
