monk's hot chocolate

This is inspired by a similar drink from Rouge 24 in Washington, D.C.

Ingredients

• 2 ounces green chartreuse
• 1 cup milk
• 3 tablespoons hot cocoa mix recipe here
• marshmallow
• absinthe

Instructions

1. Heat the milk and cocoa mix until combined.
2. Add chartreuse.
3. Roast a marshmallow and then drip with a few drops of absinthe.
